The stone unveiling for Rose Carr will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 1, at Rose Hill Cemetery (6900 Troost Ave., Kansas City, MO 64131).

Beloved father, son, brother, uncle and friend Steven Dolginoff passed away on July 6 at the age of 70.

Rabbi Lawrence “Larry” Karol, 70, of Overland Park, Kansas, died on July 5.

Tom Lewinsohn, 94, of Overland Park, Kansas, died on July 2, 2025. Funeral services were held on July 6 at Louis Memorial Chapel.

Barbara Sachs, 84, of Sherman, Connecticut, passed away unexpectedly on June 29, 2025, in Danbury, Connecticut.

Dr. Robert Levene, 73, of Kansas City, Missouri, died on June 26 surrounded by his family. 

Judith Ann Minkin of Plano, Texas, passed away peacefully on June 14. Judith, known as Judy, was born to Milo and Louise (Dolly) Minkin in Kansas City, Missouri, on Jan. 24, 1937. 

Jacob Abramowitz of Leawood, Kansas, entered into eternal rest on June 13 at his home. Born in Tel Aviv to Baruch and Bertha Abramowitz on Dec. 29, 1940, Jacob lived a life full of love, kindness and joy.

Edwin Laurence (Larry) Silverman, born on Nov. 7, 1938, in Kansas City, Missouri, to William (Bill) and Mildred Silverman, passed away peacefully on June 6, surrounded by his family and friends.

Steven Peter Sackin died on May 28 at the age of 75.
