Judith Kay Perlman passed away peacefully after her long journey with dementia on Sept. 6. She was known for her love of Judaism, music and family.

Max Cardozo, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, Holocaust survivor and devoted family man, passed away peacefully on Sept. 6 at the age of 88, surrounded by those who loved him most.

Todd Daniel Clauer was born on Feb 2, 1970, to Lois Telepak Clauer and Dr. Daniel Clauer in Heidelberg, Germany, and passed away on Aug. 29.

Jeffrey David Rosen, age 66, passed away on Aug. 24.

Marsha Ann Lansky Jacobs, 88, formerly of Kansas City, passed away on Aug. 25.

Martin Irving Bass, 94, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away peacefully on Aug. 24. A dedicated father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Martin, or “Marty,” will always be remembered for his personality and passion for making others laugh.

Dr. Robert Alan Cohen passed away peacefully at his home on Aug. 22. He lived a full and active life and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Reta Clementine Byers Hans, a woman of style, grace and elegance, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Aug. 19. She was 93 years old.

Marilyn Blond Melcher passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Aug. 16 at home surrounded by her loving family and caregivers.

Born in Vienna, Austria, on May 18, 1938, Stefan Georg Serebrenik arrived in New York City aboard the RMS Aquitania in January of 1939 and became known as Steven George Sherry. Steve passed away at home in Kansas City, Missouri, on Aug. 11 at the age of 87.
